About Us

Our Mission

Behavior Analyst Wellness Institute was created to support behavior analysts, RBTs, educators, and helping professionals in building healthier, more sustainable, and more compassionate careers. The work we do is meaningful, but it can also be demanding. My goal is to create space for professional growth that also honors wellness, balance, and the human side of helping others. I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, former special educator, teacher, consultant, supervisor of behavioral services, university professor in an ABA program, and mom of two teenagers. Across my career, I have worked in schools, homes, and community-based settings, providing support to students, families, staff, and professional teams with a strong commitment to practical, compassionate, and evidence-based care.

Before becoming a behavior analyst, I worked as a special educator and classroom teacher, experiences that continue to shape the way I support school teams, students, and helping professionals today. I have also served as a consultant and supervisor of behavioral services, giving me the opportunity to work closely with staff, students, and systems across a variety of settings.

In addition to my professional work in education and behavior analysis, I was a Big East soccer player and an Academic All-American. That experience deeply shaped my understanding of discipline, resilience, teamwork, recovery, and the connection between performance and well-being. I am also a working mom, which gives me a personal appreciation for the ongoing balance between career, family, health, and overall wellness.

Behavior Analyst Wellness Institute brings together compassionate ABA, behavioral self-management, wellness-focused learning, supervision, and practical support for professionals who want to do good work in a way that is both ethical and sustainable.
